Contract-grown superhots in Upstate South Carolina — your varieties, your volume, your name on the rows.
We're Zach & Correll, growing small-batch superhot and specialty peppers in the Oconee County foothills. We grow to order for sauce makers, breweries, and kitchens: reserve rows before seed hits soil and the harvest is yours by name — fresh ripe pods, dried, powder, mash, or frozen.
You know the problem: a great supplier has a bad season and your flagship product changes. Our grown-to-order model is the fix. Contract-grown superhots — your varieties, your volume, your delivery format — from a small farm in Upstate South Carolina. Consistent. Local. Yours by name on the rows. No middleman, no broker, no substitutions you didn't approve.
“Flavor first, heat close behind.” A flavor story no distributor can sell to your competitor.
Every row is spoken for before seed hits soil. The specialty peach varieties go first.
SHU = Scoville Heat Units; jalapeño ≈ 5,000. Pod silhouettes show each variety's ripe color and shape.
We built the farm around the peach lineup: Peach Inferno (2.3M), Peach Reaper (2.0M), Brainstrain Peach (1.2M), and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion (1.1M). For a sauce maker or brewer, that's a whole peach-heat product line from one local farm — four heat levels, one flavor family, your name on the rows.
